Ask us
Ask a question. A person reads it and replies.
There is no form here and nothing you type is stored by this page. Write to [email protected] and a real person answers — usually within a business day — including when the honest answer is that we have not built the thing you asked about.
What people write in about
Four things worth asking, and one that is always fine to ask anyway
Claiming an address
The address is open to claim, and provisioning is a founder-confirmed step that is currently off. Ask and we will tell you honestly where that stands. See /pricing for the catalog figures first.
How sending and authentication work
Questions about the SMTP dialogue, DKIM, SPF, DMARC or BIMI go straight to the pages that name the module behind each one: /sending and /authentication.
Your own domain instead of mitto.email
You choose the name in front of the @ here, not the part after it. If the part after the @ needs to be your own domain, say so and we will tell you honestly whether that is something we can do today.
Something not on this site
Ask anyway. /limits lists what we deliberately do not claim, but a gap in that list is not the same as a no.
What happens to what you send
No automatic marketing list or advertising profile
Writing to [email protected] does not add you to a mailing list and does not run this same product's own sending path on your message -- it is a plain inbox a person checks. We use your contact details to reply, do not add them to a marketing list without asking, and do not sell them for advertising. The message may be retained in the operational mailbox and documented service infrastructure needed to answer it. We do not promise a ticket number, a queue position or an SLA clock, because none of those are built and a page that implies one would be lying about the size of the operation on the other end.
